Shipping and Return Policy
Free standard shipping is given at checkout on orders of $35 or more.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: I ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days), depending on the weight of the package.

All orders process within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
If applicable, calculated shipping rates for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Jacque Ann Decor is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a return for full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I do not credit original or return shipping costs.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return Procedure
To make a return please email JacqueAnnDecor@gmail.com for a return BEFORE you send back the item. Items without a return authorization cannot be accepted. Once we receive the merchandise, the return will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email confirming the refund or the item you have requested in exchange. Jacque Ann Decor is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping.
